Description

CLASSIFICATION: Administrative Support/ Hourly

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reception:
      • Serves as primary person to answering all incoming phone calls by the 3rd ring and promptly routing them to the appropriate person or voicemail, taking detailed messages, or providing the caller with accurate information within the parameters of the job
      • Greets all office visitors promptly in a friendly and professional manner and directs them accordingly
      • Manages Company lobby/reception area
      • Ensures all visitors are properly signed in/out and follow security procedures
      • Signs for packages and promptly delivers them to the appropriate person
  • Human Resources:
      • Maintains applications for employment
      • Schedules interviews
      • Performs employment verifications
      • Maintains employee database records and files
      • Sensitive to confidential matters
      • Track and maintain applications
      • Provides clerical support of the department
      • Accounts for, distributes, and secures paychecks\
      • Maintain Employee Badge Program
      • Updating TV software

 

JOB SKILLS:

  • Upholds confidentiality
  • Accurate input of data with emphasis on accuracy not speed
  • Legible handwriting
  • Ability to follow through on work assignments

  • Housekeeping:
      • Held accountable for the housekeeping in and surrounding the assigned work locations

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Years of Experience: entry level position, requiring well developed computer skills in MS WORD, EXCEL and proven competencies in multi-line switch boards
  • Education: Associates Degree – and experience providing skills suitable for this position
