Maintenance Technician needed in Brookville, PA, responsible for troubleshooting and repair of mechanical failures; perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on all types of industrial equipment.


Responsibilities
 

• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repairs on industrial equipment;
• Diagnose equipment based on inspection and maintain for improved reliability and up time;
• Work through OEM on PLC's equipment used in lumber sawmill manufacturing
• Knowledge of a 3 phase 480 Volt Systems
• Must be attentive, responsible, goal oriented, and safety minded

Safety
 

• Requires personal protective equipment be worn at all times;
• safety glasses;
• hearing protection;
• head protection;
• steel toed work boots;

Qualifications
 

• GED/HS Diploma or BOCES mechanical training or military maintenance mechanical courses
• 2+ years’ experience
• Experience with tools of the industry
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Knowledge and experience with electrical aspects of mechanical equipment
